Our country apartments are located 6 kilometers from the center of Assisi, Italy on the slopes of Mount Subasio. You must have a car to reach us. You can reach Assisi by bike or foot in about an hour. Please note: don't set your navigator to our street address at Costa di Trex, or you will find yourself on top of Mount Subasio! Our apartments are all perfectly located in the center of Umbria to easily visit all the famed hilltowns of this region, and the neighboring regions of Tuscany and Le Marche.
The Way of Saint Francis

This pilgrimage trail brings thousands of pilgrims to Assisi, the Saint's birthplace, each year. Our apartments are the ideal base for those either beginning of finishing their journey.
Parks and Nature

Our countryside apartments are deep in the Mount Subasio Regional Park, and Umbria is dotted with breathtaking parks and natural areas, including Lake Trasimeno, the Sibilline National Park, and the Marmore waterfalls.
Wineries and Wine Tasting

Umbria has a thriving wine country just a short drive from Assisi, where guests can visit family-run wineries, sample local wines including Sagrantino and Orvieto Classico, and see some of the most breathtaking countryside in the area.
