La Stalletta Apartment, located on the ground floor, is a cozy, independent annex to the main farmhouse and is probably the oldest part of the complex (the foundations are believed to be the ruins of a medieval tower).
The spotless white and yellow tiled bathroom includes an enclosed massage shower, toilet, bidet and soft white terry towels. We leave our own hand made soap and lavender sachet for you on the country style sink.
This farm holiday apartment sleeps two guests on the queen bed in the bedroom. Because of its intimate size, this is the perfect holiday let for budget conscious guests enjoying all the sites Umbria has to offer: Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Montefalco, and Bevagna are just around the bend.

This intimate self catering apartment features high exposed beam and tile ceilings, reflecting its historic roots. The cozy full kitchen, including refrigerator, four burner stove, dishes, cutlery, cookware, and linens, opens directly onto the covered stone paved outdoor patio with seating for six. You can savor a basket filled with goodies from our farm (including fresh eggs, home made jams, and our own wine) at your café table for two indoors, or watch the sun set over the hills of Umbria while dining just outside your front door. We also provide a drip coffee maker for our American guests, and a tea kettle for our British ones, so you can start your morning with coffee or tea al fresco, as well. 
The wrought iron queen sized bed with firm mattress, rustic wooden armoire, and small stuffed armchair in the bedroom join with the beamed ceiling to give the bedroom in La Stalletta Apartment a particularly country feel . The satellite tv is a comfortable distance from the bed, and the two windows on opposite sides of the room fill the space with light.
