Excellent noodles and tartare with white truffle,the Umbrian pecorino souffle, ravioli with eel, and the filet of Chianina.
A wonderful wine list with very low cost. The staff very nice and all spoke good English.

My daughter had the gnocchi and loved it. The farro salad was amazing as well. You should check out Cocoronne as well. Very good. The sagrantino rissotto…..I still dream about it!!!
