There is a cute rustic restaurant right along the road between Assisi and the Eremo with an inside room or outside tables (picnic tables) with an amazing view over the valley. Very simple, but clean and casual. I stopped by today and they said they could handle a group of your size, but you should probably contact them yourself to discuss reserving etc. The email is marcobovi@alice.it (but you will talk to Dania) or the phone number is 075/816286 or 320/1171240. Is there by any chance any kind of agri turismo where we could stop for a snack or is it better to organise a picnic, in which case could you please recommend an ideal spot where we could stop?
